Since June 2023, employers have had to comply with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). While a fairly new law, the PWFA requires covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations to employees with pregnancy-related limitations. Employers must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to accommodation requests.

This webcast will discuss some of the more significant provisions of the PWFA, touching on the following information:
