Arizona State University (ASU) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), in partnership with OpenStax, are developing a general chemistry courseware called REAL CHEM. This courseware is designed to attain equitable student outcomes, particularly for students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. The project is funded with a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

In this webinar, we'll provide a demonstration of the General Chemistry I courseware. We'll also:

Under the grant, we'll offer attendees a stipend to pilot REAL CHEM in their spring, summer, or fall 2024 course. We also have co-development and institutional funding opportunities. Collaborate with our 10+ partner institutions and shape the world’s best chemistry course!
