Thanks everybody. My name is Brian Gelster. I'm the AVP of business development for managed accounts and my role here at Orion is very much dedicated to the Orion community subscriber side of things. So what I'm going to do for us today is give a little bit more introductory knowledge on Orion communities as well as talk about how firms are. Realizing communities to find success and then also jump into a demo of communities itself. So how are firms using communities or what is communities designed to solve? So for your firm, as you're trying to grow your business, you need to be able to utilize models or allocations that your clients would then be able to utilize inside of their portfolios. So you may have already your in your own in house models, or you may not have your own in house models and so you need access to institutional grade models that Orion communities can then provide. So as your firm grows you bring on. Whether it's a new advisor to your to your firm or you're growing with new clients, you need a the ability to. Have access to outsourced models so that you can scale your business with that growth. That's exactly what Orion Communities is designed to address. So how does the Ryan communities do that? Orion Communities delivers over 60 institutional Grade Strategists and currently offers over 850 models from those strategies. That is delivered to you inside of your Orion environment. So you do not have to leave Orion where you're at day in day out to receive those models as well as the model updates when and if a strategist makes a change to you that models allocation. Other benefit of that is you would the firm would retain full trading discretion. So the good thing on that side of of communities is you can move between one manager and another manager. You can look at blending strategist models together and I'll walk through and then demo exactly how we do that. I would also mention that it has the added benefit that the models flow through to one of Orion's trading tools. And you would be able to access them in those training tools as well as the strategist and or Ryan not accessing your client's account at the custodian. So the benefit there is that because no one else besides your firm is accessing your client's account, we've significantly cut down on the need for any outside paperwork. So how do you subscribe to communities? Well, obviously the first step is we would need to get you access to communities that comes via a Orion agreement. We would then that would then turn on your community's link inside of Ryan's trading tools. Once you access communities, you review any of those strategists or any of the models. You may already be utilizing models from one of the strategists available on communities, or you may be looking to add additional strategists to your repertoire, so to speak. Once you've decided on a strategist or a model you're looking to utilize, simply click through. Click subscribe. Click through the click agreement. The model then will sync and flow over via 10 to 15 minutes sync that takes place and then you are able to assign that model within Orion's Trading Tools directly to one of your clients accounts, taking it to the next step once you've assigned it to one of our strategist models. Anytime they update that model, you receive a notification letting you know, hey, strategist ABC has updated their model allocation. Please go out to Ryan's trading tools or if you're already in one of our trading tools, you would receive that notification to review place those trades or kick off those trades and send them off to the custodian. So you can see it's very user friendly. You never have to leave your Orion environment, so you're not receiving an e-mail from an outside entity. For you to then go into Orion to enter in those allocations as well as then affect the straits moves everything inside of your Orion environment. So what I'm going to do here now is I'm going to quickly move over to a demo of Orion Communities for us so we can take a look at it and dive even further into exactly what it would look like when you get moving or get access to Orion Communities. Great. So I jumped over to to our Communities dashboard. So once we get you access to Communities, what you will see is inside of your Clips environment Here you will see this Communities tab, go lot from there once you click on that Communities tab, it's going to launch you over to that Communities dashboard. Right. So once you're in two communities, this is really your main screen and kind of your hub or what I refer to as our shopping mall? And so that will make more sense as you Scroll down and you can kind of see all of these storefronts, right. So you think about brand name strategists. So think about that in terms of like a, you know, a department store at a shopping mall, whereas is boutique and emerging firms or strategists, storefronts in this, in this case. Would be really those specialty stores, so folks specializing in REIT serves, folks specializing in small midcap stock selections. So what we've tried to do is really not only offer strategists who fall into the brand, but also the boutique and emerging and more specialty type of model offerings. Orion has already put all of these strategists through our in house due diligence process, so you can be rest assured that that is a fairly lengthy due diligence process that every strategist undergoes before they're added on to communities. You may not necessarily need Orion's help on doing due diligence on some of the large brand strategists, but definitely for some of the boutique and emerging type of strategists that you may be newer to definitely helps from Orion's end for you, for us to have already undertaken that to due diligence. So as we Scroll down and scroll through you'll see some some names on here that you probably know from out in, in, out in the world. But then you may see some of those smaller names like I mentioned that may be newer to you. So what I would caution you to do is go through, do even further due diligence on your end. You can pick and choose So if you are looking to utilize 1 model. From one strategist you can do that. You don't have to subscribe to all fifty of these BlackRock models or all 31 of these BlackRock models. You can or you are able to to pick and choose from not only one strategist but from multiple strategies. And that really leads me to kind of the the three use cases or how firms are having success to this point utilizing communities. So if you think back to the the first screen on solving the need to scale for your firm, I mentioned that you may have your own models, so you may be looking to supplement or complement your own models with that of a strategist. So for example if you were looking at having or being the one picking some stocks, you can. Supplement that or outsource the other portion of the client's allocation to one of our strategists and then you simply pick and choose eight to 10 individual stocks. You blend those together and now you have the allocation that you can deliver to your clients. So that's really use case number one for communities, firms, use case number two is taking that first use case to kind of the next level. And that's really OK. Those firms that don't have in house models or simply don't want to manage clients assets any longer, you can come out to communities, subscribe to two or three or four different models, blend those together and now you have a custom allocation that you've designed that you can utilize for your clients accounts, right. So it's kind of the manager of managers type of approach. And then use case number 3 is really what I I kind of referred to as the easy button and that's hey, I have a bunch of small accounts, 50,100 thousand whatever you need a small account. And under I really love this strategist and what they do, I'm simply going to come out take those small accounts and allocate 100% of the clients account directly to that to that strategy. That it just model. So those are really the the three main use cases to this point that a lot of Orion's partners, Orion Communities partners are are having success in utilizing communities as we move for as we've gotten going. So what I'm going to do now, simply because it's on the screen, I am going to jump into 12th St. storefront. So if you've never heard of 12th St. before or whatever strategist you're looking at to getting more info on, you simply click on their storefront and then we're going to go in and and start to look around and see what they're offering is right. So from there, in 12th Street's case, they simply have one model. So what they're able to do is, or what you're able to do I should say is you're able to jump directly into the model and start walking around getting more information on that model itself. So up here you can see some information directly from the strategist themselves. And as we Scroll down, here's the risk scoring numbers based on Orion's proprietary risk scoring methodology. This is updated each Sunday on Orion's end, so you can rest assured that it is very, very up to date. As we continue to Scroll down, you'll get more and more information on this model specifically or whatever model you're looking for. So if there's a minimum investment amount subscription fee, which I'll touch on in just a second, 12 St. is this model. Picks is stock picker. Now, so this is where the internal expenses will be listed if there are any, or the ETF expenses. And here's a Morningstar, ticker benchmark and some tags so the tags make sense or really help if you're up here searching for something. So if you're looking for a a REIT strategist or if you're looking for someone who is small or midcap focused, you can type that in. It'll search the names of the models as well as those tags. Thanks for you. And then you can quickly jump to that model itself. It also helps on the All Models tab that I'll go into in just a minute. For us as we continue to Scroll down, you can pull fact sheets, performance pieces, model or market commentary and any other information that the strategist has elected to include in. Their communities environment for you to have access to. Scrolling a little further. Here's the current allocation by category or by class and as you hover over that you can see that allocation. You can also see it down below here And then you want to especially if this is a new strategist to your new model to you and you want to get a little bit more indepth information before you subscribe. You can come down here and see the allocation over time. So we can lengthen this, the sliders, we can move those around. Let's lengthen this all the way out and then I'm going to click by class and then that changes as well. So you can see as they change things around, you can lengthen this over time and hover over. So maybe you wanted to see something that's happened in the last six months or the last two months even K Well, how did they react to those market? Conditions changing so you can hover over that and see exactly what they did, if they did anything. And then the last piece on this screen is some quick trading history so you can see hey 12th St. updated the model on this state, this state, this state, this state as you scroll back on this screen. So I'm going to click on the the all models tab. And So what the All Models tab is, is really what I refer to. It is as just a filtering screen. So we have advanced search capabilities or advanced filtering capabilities on this screen for us to dive even further into that full list of, you know, almost 900 models that are currently available on communities. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on list view. And that will quickly change this directly to or work just like an Excel spreadsheet. So from here, you're able to utilize some of those filters that I mentioned. So if I was going to look for somebody who is focused on large cap growth and somebody who's out here picking stocks, So of those 900 models that are available in communities, I've just filtered it out here. And as we Scroll down, here are the results. So you can move this left to right just like you would on an Excel spreadsheet. I utilize stocks, so you'll see the NA's there, but then as you move over to the right, you're able to get even further or even more information on any of these models. And then like I mentioned, if you wanted to move a benchmark over, for example, you can move that over and then you can scroll back up and then export as needed. So I'm going to remove this off for us real quick and then hide that. So as I mentioned sales spreadsheet. Sort these as needed. Cheapest to most expensive, most expensive to cheapest and then however you have this sorted, if you export that, that will then export out to a excel spreadsheet for you. So what I'm going to do is jump back into 12th St. and talk about subscription fees. So subscription fees happen once you take that next step. So you've subscribed to a strategist model, right? So come through this click through agreement, subscribe to the model, there's a 10 to 15 minutes sink that takes place. After that sink takes place, then you are able to access that directly inside of your Eclipse. So once we jump into Eclipse models, we're going to grab a Brinker destinations model. And then you can quickly see the allocations here. So if we hover over this, it's going to give you the allocations of that model or you can click on view allocation here and it's going to give you the allocation there as well. So once you subscribe the model flows through to your eclipse environment then you are able to assign it to your clients account. So if there is, if you're using a strategist model that has a subscription fee. Because once again, neither or Ryan nor the strategist is going to go into your client's account. That subscription fee, once again, if there is one, is billed to you as the subscribing firm that's billed quarterly and in arrears on your normal or Ryan invoice based on the average daily balance of those assets that you assigned to. That strategist model, in this case you would pay Orion 55 basis points. We would retain our five and send off to the strategist the remaining or their portion. But once you subscribe, the model flows through. That model essentially acts just like your own model with a caveat that you are not able to modify. One of the community strategist models. You can blend them together, but you're not able to modify the model itself. Let's leave them together like I mentioned, blend them together. Or maybe you want to create some model aggregates and put those alongside your own. You can do that. The other option there would be if you are utilizing multiple communities models. If you're using someone who has a zero basis point subscription fee while someone else is at 50 basis points, only the portion that's assigned to the 50 basis points would be billed that 50 basis points. You would not be billed anything on the zero basis point portion of that client's account. So as you can see and Communities is very user friendly. I would love to talk to any of you further as we as we continue on your partnership with Ryan. So thank you for your time going through the presentation of Orion Communities as well as the demo. I hope that I was able to answer any of your questions during this walkthrough, but if there is anything further on the screen now is a link or a website for you to go out and request a demo with me or for any additional follow up information. _1732413867355
