Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining the next iteration of the Orion Redtail Webinar series. I'm Joel Hurst, SVP of business development here at Ryan, and I'll be your host today. So for today's webinar, we are going to be focusing on a few items. One, we're going to focus on how Orion and Redtail supports the fiduciary framework. Two, we'll be talking about how I'll be showcasing a demonstration of Orion with inside of Redtail and how we have continued to enhance the integration and what and how that supports advisors daily workflows within the confines of Redtail CRM. 3rd we'll also be looking ahead at what's to come looking at Orion's future in development and and the exciting look into our initiatives as we assimilate both Redtail and Orion into a singular ecosystem. I'll also be talking about an exciting special offer that we have for Red Tail and Orion users and what that means as each of you look to implement new technology within your business. To start things off here to Ryan, we have a singular mission and that is powering the investor advisor journey and our framework of prospect. Plan, invest and achieve is how we accomplish this. Prospect allows the advisor to leverage marketing content to nurture prospective and existing clients through planning based workflows directly inside your white labeled client portal. And again, this is not built just for prospects only. This is used to capture the greater wallet share from your client base and gain adoption of your full suite of services. Plan by leveraging a collaborative process within our cash flow and goals based financial planning tools. This gives you the ability to collaborate with your clients and gain more insight into their needs and overarching life goals. Whether you're building your own tax efficient strategies within Orion's trading platform, accessing strategist models through our model marketplace, we're leveraging our outsourced direct indexing solution. We give you the power and the choice on how your client's assets are to be managed. And finally, achieve this is directly related to the investor experience, the branded portal and mobile app. This is a multi-purpose tool. The Orion portal is really the Swiss Army knife of the financial services industry and it's giving you the ability to deliver the financial plan, your wealth management, outside asset aggregation, document storage, while being able to communicate with your clients and deliver your branded consolidated reports alongside the custodial statements. So our our goal here is to keep the advisor and also the client in a singular location. Hopefully that gives you some insight into how Ryan supports our advisors partners. And before we dive in, I wanted to share a little bit more about retail and the products that are provided there as well. Red Tails mission is to develop meaningful relationships and deliver innovative solutions, service and education. I was recently a part of red tails Universities first university here in Charlotte and I can say first hand that that was the most collaborative fun event that I've ever seen. So they are highly focused on the training aspect of their CRM. So the first of the four products is the flagship, it's the CRM that's the core framework behind their whole suite of CRM products. Most of you are probably very familiar with that. And just a few months ago after the acquisition of Redtail, Orion was developed and wholeheartedly deployed with inside of red tails login. Now aside from the CRM they offer red teal imaging. This is a write once read many or warm compliant paperless document solution. This is a very cool tool because it allows for indexing and allows for custom folder structures to support your firms unique needs. And in the same vein of compliance which will be this and the next bullet point is Redtail e-mail. It's a compliant e-mail hosting and archiving solution that integrates with your current e-mail client and ultimately the goal is to make your life easier when it comes to responding. Tracking emails in a singular location right inside of retail. And the last bullet point is speak. This is their compliant text messaging and internal chat solution. This one is really cool because we're going to be tying this in with another Orion product that we called deliver to really bring a better communication module to you in real time what's going on with your clients and delivering those messaging to those clients. And so ultimately the whole point behind the Orion product and all four of Redtail products is to keep the advisors in the know, streamline their work process or workflow processes and most importantly do it in a compliant way. Now moving into the demonstration portion of our webinar today, I have started off within the confines of a red tail login. So for those of you who are familiar with Redtail, typically they start off in the Today. However, it does give you the opportunity under preferences to go make changes to where we want to land. And shortly after the acquisition of Redtail, we started immediately developing Orion within the confines of retail. So the whole point behind this is to get an advisory firm to start their day in the red Tail CRM and end their day in the CRM as well. So we did a pretty good. We did a pretty good questionnaire internally to find out what our advisors wanted and they wholeheartedly told us they expected to see Orion living inside of retail versus the opposite. So we responded to that and decided to make sure that this was the first part that we loaded. So Ryan connect, the overarching portfolio management system is wholeheartedly living within Orion and within retail. And retail is the start of everyone's day, and typically the end as well. However, they do need to start pivoting into fee billing, reporting, trading actions, risk analysis, all of the things that Orion offers without having to leave the confines of the CRM. So we'll dive into some of the integrations, but first just to familiarize folks with Orion, this, this left hand side is the menu. It's more of a nontraditional menu. And we did this on purpose via information coming back from our client base that they wanted to be able to have a flexible menu. Everyone within your organization has a different role. And so different roles come with different features and technology that they use. And so we gave them the ability to pick and choose what types of features they wanted and what they don't. While also giving them access to all the features that they do within their organization. Now the center stack here is the alerts. So this is my this is my daily dashboard. I walk in here. I want to be able to see immediately are the accounts that are Ryan is downloading and reconciling, are they ready? I've got my reconciliation status in front of me as a portfolio manager. I want to make sure I know that the portfolios that need attention are front center and looking me right in the face and I can go take action directly into our trading platform. Same thing goes with new accounts workflows. Recent transactions RMD alerts to to calculating advisory fees. This is a jumping off point and this can be a firmwide dashboard or this can be a dashboard just very specific for the financial advisor. It does give us flexibility. We can go filter in and out any financial advisors as we please and go add additional cards as this advisor needs to be able to access additional features within the platform. Again, this is the start of my day. It allows me to maneuver within the platform. Right. And so in the right, inside the confines of red Tail, so that I don't have to move. Now let's start. Let's talk a little bit about CRM function. So we can see I can go search for a portfolio within Orion, but I can also go search for a client contact record within the confines of retail. So some of the feedback that we received from advisors was they wanted us to implement what we call the portfolio view within the contact record. And so why is that important? Well, it's important because, number one, it gives us full access to everything from a CRM component, accessing the integration, integrated accounts, past activities, future documentation, any notes that have been taken on here and of course any emails that have been tracked. And it allows us to dive directly into the portfolio view. That Orion has so that we can take a holistic look at the overarching portfolio. So as we can see the farm household, we receive a phone call. The client simply may be asking about something simple for a couple accounts. We can maneuver and go automatically filter to accounts here over a particular time period that we want and answer the clients questions and then dive directly into the CRM component. To change and or excuse me to add activities or maybe there is a beneficiary request change or there is a distribution. So we're going to have more of a proactive workflow that's going to go through in our office taking the request, sending that to our portfolio manager to say distribute funds and then return that workflow back to the front office to communicate back to the client that distribution has been taken care of. So we can dive into performance detail allocation activity, net amount invested, benchmarking or even at the bottom of every one of these tabs is a grid where we could dive deeper and deeper into the clients portfolios. And as we see at the top here, we also have these very specific pieces, gain loss performance, activity, income all the way over to our financial planning and our risk intelligence and stress testing tools. Those we need to collaborate with the clients, they're going to change their financial plan or they have a life goal or an action step that has been completed. We can go take action on that. All the while we can run risk intelligence on the portfolio to understand where we see risk within their portfolio and also. Run stress testing as well. The stress testing piece has been coming up considerably. You know, we've got French shock therapy where we have the the Fed raising rates. What's going to happen when we raise rates, what happens when the housing whiplash happens. So we can run these particular scenarios directly into the platform at any given time without having to pivot in and out. So now there was a very high level overview of the integration of Orion's with insight of of Redtail. Now obviously if you're going to go move into the rest of the platform, you can dive back in today or any other actions or just wholeheartedly back into Orion. Now as we move on through the rest of the webinar, I urge you to chat questions at the end of this. OK, now on to the road map. One of the exciting things about Orion is is that we are in constant forward motion. Development and new system enhancements are deployed on demand on a weekly basis, which means our advisors benefit from new features and function every week from Orion. And in a fast moving industry, you want to have a partner that not only keeps up but is ahead of the curve. That's extremely important. And this next segment we're going to be talking about a few road map items that are coming in the near future, 2022, end of the year into 2023. And I'm going to dive into some of the specifics. But at a high level, we'll be delivering a more cohesive new account and proposal workflow. We'll also be enabling real time data sharing between the two systems, between Orion and retail and will be unifying the document storage. That's a big key. That's top of everybody's mind right now. And in addition to that, we'll be bringing 2 messaging systems together to make communications even more scalable. That was that piece about Red Tail speak and Orion delivered that we talked about first up. Is the new accounts of proposal generation. New account workflows and proposal generation has always been a very segmented and divided approach. Now we'll be delivering all of those actions within the confines of retail in a singular workflow, gathering information, taking the prospect through risk questionnaires, all while being able to easily share and store the documentation in IPS internally and with the client in a single workflow. We've heard the advisors feedback loud and clear and we are delivering upon it now and soon into the future. Will be seeing this workflow enabled within retail. Once again, staying within the confines of a singular ecosystem for all workflows. OK, Next up on deck, real time data sharing. Well, Ryan's strategy on data sharing is that data between integrated systems to be synced between them in real time. And now that Redtail is a part of Orion. We'll be applying that strategy between the respective systems in real time. So as you take that phone call and you meet with that client, you want to ensure the data, no matter what system and it's in, is up to date. So there's nothing worse than entering the data into an expect that you're working off the most updated when you are not. So we want to make sure that the information that you're working on. Whether it's in the portfolio management system or in the CRM is exactly up to date when you expect it. Now, #3 is document storage. This one is very important because when we acquire Redtail, Orion has evolved and so does Redtail. Red Tails vault is warm compliant and that is the direction we're headed. So right now we are going to be working very hard to bring together 2 vaults and unify them using red tails worm compliant vault. So that no matter where you're at, no matter what document you're sharing, that can be shared throughout your organization and also directly to the client within the client experience. So there's no guesswork where you put documentation and who has access to it. It'll be a unified experience. And lastly, Redtail speak and Orion deliver. This one has me very excited for a couple of reasons. Because as we go to look at. Delivering messaging in a compliant way, whether it's a text message or it's instant message, you want to make sure it's done in a compliant way. And we're bringing two of these tools together and bringing their best attributes. Obviously Redtail doing in a compliant way and Orion bringing what we call event notifications together to give notifications on your clients portfolios, how and how they happen in real time, required, minimum distributions being completed, the birthday opening the new accounts. Allocating into the model for the first time or even just simply when an account was traded. The benefit to this is that you'll be able to communicate this via text and in near real time as this information is happening in your clients portfolios. And in an interesting to statistic there's about 70% of your clients out there that are really inclined to either read or reply to a text message versus a phone call and an e-mail. And because because of that need we want to put focus on making sure that. This is going to be as easy and streamlined and scalable for your firm as possible because as you grow, you don't want to have to worry about sending these emails or written letters to your clients letting them know the first time they allocated into their model or they hit a milestone and became a millionaire two times over. You want to use technology to do that in a scalable way and update your clients in the way they expect. Now we have a very exciting special offer that's going on right now until the end of the year.
