Hello, my name is Josh Vincent and I'm with Orion advisor tech. And I'm joined by my colleague Andre Moore with integrated partners. And given the time of year, we felt that it would be very applicable to talk about quarter and processing. I mean, it's a pain point. It's a hurdle that a lot of advisors endure 4 times every year. So what we want to do is make sure that, hey, if you do. Have certain obstacles that you run into each quarter that, hey, there's a, there's a solution out there with a partner that's already here at Orion that can assist in some lows hurdles. So with that being said on Andrea, thank you very much for joining us today. Thank you for having me. Awesome. So I mean, tell us a little bit about integrated. I think it's absolutely fantastic, some of the history and the culture that you guys cultivated over there. Thank you. We found an integrated in 1996 on the methodology that we wanted to build a platform for independent advisors to build the business of their dreams. So we are really focused on entrepreneurial growth funded advisors. They always call it helping them remove speed bumps like dealing with quarter end processing and helping them find growth opportunities within their business. One of the cornerstones of our model is our CPA program where we partner. Advisors with Cpas so they can work together for the benefit of the end client and really work with those complex high net worth family office type clients. Awesome, perfect. Thank you very much. So while we're staying on topic about quarter end processing, I mean we're coming up on end of Q3. One of the questions that I always got encountered from the service side of saying, hey, what can you do to assist us in generating advisory fees on a quarterly basis? What can you do to help us generate our our client reports and get them distributed to them in a timely fashion? Can you kind of walk me through a soups? The next version of how does integrated come in and help facilitate that further advisors. Absolutely. So part of our methodology at integrated is to support our advisors so they can do the things that they love most, which is most likely meeting with clients and we take a lot of that back office operations off of their plate. So the beauty of Orion is with our team, our integrated management team, our operations and commissions departments are actually able to take all of those items off of an advisor's play. So when we look at things like quarter end processing from a billing perspective, our commissions team handles that for all of our advisors. And for those of you that are doing it yourselves, I would tell you to every month to a little bit to make sure you have everything in place. But that's what our team actually does on behalf of our advisors. So we take a look at all of our accounts, all the paperwork that we have, we process and set up the fee billing for all of the accounts on behalf of our advisors. But if for instance, an account comes in and we haven't received the paperwork, we can't set that fee up. We proactively reach out to our advisors at the end of every month. That way we make sure when we get to quarter end, we don't have a significant amount of accounts where we need to QC and reconcile those. So always kind of keeping up on that process is a really good way to make sure that the quarter end doesn't get overwhelming for advisors. From a client reporting perspective, report batching and Orion is fantastic. So we work with our advisors to make sure that we have reports specifically tailored to their business available for them to use at any time, but also at the end of the quarter. So once we reconcile the billing, only a few days after quarter end, we run the reporting batches for our advisors and through the integrations with Orion if they are. Using a different client portal or the O'rion client portal we have those post automatically to the clients portals for the advisors. That's awesome. I mean especially the fact that you guys do proactive approach with the advisors making sure that their accounts are up to a good standard so that you don't need to go back through and do billing recalculation. Exactly. And there's some great reports in Orion, some queries in there that you can run throughout the quarter to see what accounts are missing and as you get closer to quarter end accounts that you might need to raise cash in as well. Yeah, I mean that that's usually a pretty big common pain point that I see within our industry and I mean with with integrated really shouldering a lot of the back office functionality into it I mean. Do you encounter any sort of pain points during quarter end processing with your advisors? We don't. It's really smooth because with like I said, the resources within Orion and the reporting that we've built out, it's very systematized for us. So the quarter ends, six days later we send a final, here's what it's going to look like to the advisors, so they can see that in advance. We've already talked to them about if they need to raise cash in any accounts, we pull the fees. Around the 7th or 8th business day of the month, they get paid right after that. So it's a really smooth process. We honestly have it so down PAT with Orion and everything we do in conjunction with you guys that we don't see any pain points anymore but. It's all about making sure that you take the steps along the way to get there. Yeah, I mean, the data is only as good as you put the effort into it. Exactly. So before we conclude, I mean any tips, tricks, hidden gems that you would recommend to advisors that may stub their toe four times a year? I would definitely say that leverage or partner, we have a big saying at integrated it's called who, not how. So if you have a process that is really becoming a problem for you, you should look for a who versus figuring out how to kind of make that process work for you. There's lots of resources at at Orion that you can look into and see how other people are doing it. But I would also say definitely don't wait until the last minute, you want to make sure that. Who are prepared for quarter end in advance of the quarter end? That that, yeah, I mean that definitely is always helpful. I mean rather than just sitting back there at the end of the quarter saying. What do I do now? I mean, it's always good to be proactive in that approach, awesomely. Awesome. Well, Andre, thank you very much for your time today. For those of you that have been able to watch this, feel free go to our Orion network, find integrated profile in there and start a conversation with them and their team. Thank you very much. Thanks for having me. Awesome. Thank you for everyone that was able to attend today. Feel free, if you do have any questions, drop them in our chat and I'll be here to feel those right now. We'll give you a couple minutes to go ahead. Alright. Well it looks like we have one question in there right now is what is the Orion network? So the Orion network is a group of like minded advisors that have already partnered with an Orion that we've collected together in which we created kind of a a marketplace if you will. And if you take a look at the link on there, you'll see the URL that will direct you to the Orion network. Go ahead, fill out a quick form, one of my colleagues will give you a quick call. We'll walk you through a little bit more of the finer details, get to know you a little bit more about what you're exactly looking for. The other thing that we're looking for is saying, hey, is this going to be a good fit? And if it is, we'll go ahead. We'll give you a specific username and password for you to access the Orion network so that you can go in and really start that peer-to-peer conversation with advisors very well similar to integrated partners. Alright. Second question that we have on here is how do we get set up with integrated partners. So within the different profiles in there, there's going to be different called actions, whether it's an e-mail that will go directly into those partner firms or even accountably link, you can actually schedule time with them directly and they can bring Orion back into the fold if they choose to. All right. I'll give you guys a couple more questions, a few more minutes to field. Any other questions in there? All right. So it doesn't look like we have any other questions coming in, so. Do you want to thank you guys very much for your time today and wish you all a fantastic rest of the week? Take Care now. _1732324518972
