My name is Tim LaBelle on the vice president of product management for our spend products which includes concur expense, request invoice and pay and budget. Also with me today is going to be Hendrick Ford and bottom and Hendrick will also be helping me present some of these slides today. Here's our legal disclaimer, as we're going to look at future road map discussions features in our product. Keep in mind that these are directional statements and we hope to meet those timelines that we discussed today, but not all of those are going to be guaranteed at this point. Let me cover a few key highlights from 2019 to kick us off here. Just kind of four main areas. Will walk through. First. We'll start with globalization. Last year we did deliver receipt digitalization for both France and Spain, allowing you to have digital receipts that are recognized by the government, allowing you to get rid of paper receipts. Huge benefit for our folks in Spain and France. We enhanced our receipt rules in the product to allow for more flexibility and we launched expense it in Japan on our mobile platform, allowing the Japan market to take advantage of that great feature on our mobile platform. In the integration with our intelligence suite there a number of things delivered. We delivered some payroll integration with AP that works with S4, Hana, asaps ICS, as well as payment confirmation APIs for ASAP as well, allowing you to stay In Sync between your expense in your financial integration backends. Also, sage accounting integration, some credit card integrations, the enhancements to our concur detect product by absent an expense. Pay enhancements including budget workflow. And some SMN admin enhancements. All these things delivered in 2019. We've also been making available in early version of the next Gen expense you. I'll talk a little bit more about that later in this presentation. And also escaped concur mobile expense report UX enhancements. We continue to invest in our mobile platform, enhancing that over each year and will cover that as well. Today budget on Mobile is also available. We're also investing in future technology and infrastructure. We've got better password management, new signing experiences, infrastructure and architecture enhancements. Anna huge focus over the last year on security and stability of our platform. Now let's take a look at the concur expense key. Focus areas for 2020. There's four areas we'd like to focus on today. The first is security stability, and the next generation user experience. SCP concur continues to invest in public cloud infrastructure. We are working with AWS as one of those platforms that we plan to be moving to for our cloud. We continue to invest in stability and we have new versions of both requests and expense to deliver with the next generation user experience, not just changing the way the product looks, but. Ensuring that all of the underlying architecture is brought up to speed as well. I'll go over that next Gen user experience in some key slides in just a few minutes. In the globalization area, in 2020, uh, we basically added additional globalization features, understanding how broadly our product is used across the Globe, and how many of our large enterprise customers have customers in so many different countries that they need to support the receipt digitalization that I mentioned earlier that was delivered will continue to invest in that an we will be adding additional areas of the country or of the world, including if happy hour in China. And looking at other markets and prioritization, prioritizing our receipt, digitalization going forward. In the Intelligent Enterprise Suite, Hendrick will take us through some of that will be looking at what is the intelligent enterprise mean with ESA? Purchase of concur about five years ago we continue to invest in building out that intelligent enterprise suite, creating integration points between our own concur expense product as well as our internal requests. Budget pay an invoice products but also expanding that to other SAP products including Fieldglass, Anna Reba. And finally, public sector, a huge investment area for us in 2020, will be in the public sector understanding that many financial institutions, whether that be in the US or abroad, have very specific inquiry requirements. We will extend travel allowance funds management request to expense integration features which have been asked for specifically from those areas in the public sector. And basically we will enable this public sector to process in SAP's concur market leading commercial product. To drive increased efficiency and employee satisfaction, so let us walk through some of these key areas that will be looking at. All right? Let's drill down into security and stability and take a little time to take a look at what we're investing in in our products. SCP concurs a cloud only provider of travel, invoice and expense service and solutions. Now we're confident in our cloud solution. We are experienced and were trusted by over 35,000 customers today from around the world. Trust in concur apps and cloud solutions. ASAP concur was a pioneer in the cloud space beginning in 2003 and we're going to continue to lead in that area with huge investments not just in our cloud platform but in our security instability. Were designed for global at scale. We continue to invest heavily in assuring that all of our customers are meeting, are receiving the performance that they expect, and for the compliance area where more than just talk. Sep concur. Authors certificates in multiple areas around our compliance and security endeavors. And you can find out more about those on our website. In 2019 Um, we had over 148 billion dollars worth of expense reports processed and that was over 181 million. Expense reports are cloud solutions do work at scale. Also. We are in 219 countries were expense reports were submitted, so all of those across our enterprise customers showing the breath of our solution across many markets. And our biggest day. Monday, December 2nd, 2019. One point one 8 million reports. That was up about 130,000 from the previous year, so you can see our platform is built to work at scale. We work across the Globe and we are there to provide these solutions for all of our customers. Now let's take a look at our next generation user experience. We launched the next Gen user experience in early access back in 2018. So many of our existing customers are taken advantage of his today, but for those that haven't, will talk about their transition plans where we are in that and different areas of the product that you'll be able to utilize the next Gen user experience is really a groundbreaking change to our product where we took a look not just at the user interface itself, but the underlying experience the workflows and how our product is utilized. Our user experience team was using thoughtful research and design, spending time with many customers and walking through multiple designs to choose those that are most efficient in delivering our solutions. We focused users an important information and tasks, so part of the layout changes are about making it easier to understand. What are the areas you should be working on that screen. We've also centralized many of our functions, like ad. To make sure that every screen that has an ad is in the same location, it is amazing how much value that provides when a consistent user interface throughout the product does that well. We've also simplified the information, so concepts localization Accessibility. We've created whitespace in there laying out the screen so they're easy to understand. You can see the use of color and iconic iconography on the screen to make it easier to understand exactly what's going on. And we have assured that throughout the next Gen user experience, we've had consistent styling. Across the product. Now, why do we go ahead and do this update to the next Gen user experience? Well, first of all is usability. That's the biggest area and benefits you will see immediately. We know it's important to continue to advance that in our products, and we've created a more intuitive and easier to learn solution in moving to that. So our goal here is efficiency reducing time to task. Also reducing the amount of support that you will have to do inside of your inside of your company. Your users will find it easier to use and should run into many much less issues. As I mentioned, thousands of our customers today are using this and we've already got great feedback around the next Gen user experience. We also have a focus on Accessibility. It's an area that we continue to invest in in our products. This is an inclusive design to handle users with difficulties in working with software and we are focused on one of our we're focused on the. Accessibility WC AG. A 2.0 Azar Accessibility standard that we are striving towards and if you'd like to find out more information on that, you can contact us or we have information on our website about our Accessibility features. Now when we're looking to transition to the next Gen, if you are on the older UI today, when do I need to move to next Gen is the biggest question that comes up. While you need to think about it in a couple of ways. First of all, we do not have a mandatory transition date set yet for the next Gen user experience were providing a long runway for our customers understanding that enterprises need time to plan and manage their transitions well, and therefore we're basically assuring that we will give you at least 12 months notice prior to. Any required cutover date for that and those days will not start right away since we're still working on and improving our current next Gen user experience so 2018 we launched the preview early access that we're currently in an were asking that customers now start evaluating their transition plans in 2020 as to when they would want to move over to that next Gen user experience. Two things to keep in mind. Your windows of opportunity to transition your users over and assure that the. Training for the new user interfaces available to them, and Secondly is going to be about features and let me talk about that a little bit because it's important that for customers that maybe require specific features, some of those will be in development through 2020 and will. BD to take into consideration when considering your decision as to when to move up. So there's two kind of areas. First of all, when you. Plan your transition. We've got a certain specialized features which are still under development. And, uh, if you require those such as Japan public transportation or GPT or company bill statements, these areas are still in development now. An may set a different time frame as to when you would want to transition over bent, depending when those are available, we continue to add new features to the product and what you'll find is through 2020. There will be some features that are only available in the next Gen user experience. So you really need to consider starting to look at planning your transition to that to take advantage of the full feature set that will be available to our customers. We are redesigning some of our hotel itemization receipt. Digitalization is a next Gen only product. We've also got some Delta posting features which allow you to make changes after the product will cover that a little bit in a second, as well as new travel allowance features coming out in 2020, which again that new travel allowance will only be available on the next Gen user interface. So two things to keep in mind. Your personal time when your company has the window to move over to that new next Gen user interface when you will adopt that. Whether you do it country by country or Department, by Department or as one time big shot, that's your decision. And then whether those feature sets are available in that time frame and those two things will be taken into consideration when deciding when to move to the next Gen user interface. Let's dive into this SMB space for a moment. Cover a couple of areas coming in 2020 to satisfy the small and medium business market that we've got that we provide our product Stew. First of all, let's take a look at custom fields as an example of one of the areas where improving specifically in the new user interface. Specifically for our small business customers. As you can see, there's notable improvements here. By simplifying the setup experience of this feature, we've separated kind of the simple and advanced functionality created, better spacing on the screen itself to make it more readable and more visible, and it's easier to understand which actions need to be taken so it's a good example of one of the areas we've improved. Or are small and medium businesses making it much easier to set up your custom fields? Another area for financial integration for Rus, UK, Australia, New Zealand markets. One of the most prolific accounting packages out there is the zero integration accounting package and we are providing support for integrating with a 0 system in a two way integration. It's pre built in product integration that connects ASAP. Concur solutions with the zero accounting software. We created a quick and easy to setup. There's no it or third party implementation required to get this integration working. We also have bidirectional synchronization between ASAP concur and a zero accounting software that assures that those two systems are kept in synchronization with your users spend. We also have the ability to import master data from the zero accounting into the ASAP concur solution. So that all of your customizations from your zero counting are available in concur as well. And the ability to post approved expense reports and invoices from concur solutions. Weather be the concurrent voice product or concur, expense into zero counting. This will be available later in 2020 and you can contact your support personnel or check out our website to find out more about this feature. Thanks Tim. So I talk now a little bit about globalization. What is globalization and what are the things you can expect in 2020 to come? So first let's talk about self updating contracts with colleagues, so have been here the last years and watched as the presentation. Fast seen similar slides before. It's one of our major strategic initiatives and so self updating Hunter packs means that we bundled mall as father countries different kind of important enhancements which is for example travel, loans and text ability deductibility. Um, when we talk about travel loans, however, we talking out about automatically rate update this kind of stuff. It's the same for mileage. Mileage is something where you have regulatory rates in many countries, and when we built this country packages. We maintain an update in all systems automatically. Is the mileage rate you can still override this one, etc. Digital receipts compliance? I come to this one in a few seconds. Is novare very important part of a country pack and we have countries where mom or its requirement to have the received digital digital science and it's a key important thing in the strategy force of conquer. OK, let me talk about a little bit. Watson, new travel allowance, next Gen modulus. Uhm so first of all, why is it different to to the old module? So the new module first of all is running full compatibilities? Old one so mean you don't have to switch all countries. You can countries which country by country you can stay on the old one for time being, so there's no need to immediately switch. But the new one has several kind of benefits which could be of interest for you. So let's start first, something ourselves with team did an excellent job of the last years in doing which we have now incorporated into the standard, which is. Best practice configuration out of the box directly set in the system for sure configuration possibilities. But we have default already the best practices into the system. This includes for regulatory rates. The automatic rate update, so automatic rate update is something which it could get today. But now we ensure that every system if you don't about get automatically updated with the regulatory rates. For the specific countries you work in or where you have employees in located to apply the slot. We have the possibility to to create a country specific route calculations and uh, In addition we have also. The possibility to modify or to edit company rates on the screen so there's no longer need to update company rates, but in the travel allowance module. If you for example use only company defined rates like in the OS, then you can add it them directly on the screen. No longer updates much easier process. Carol integration for travel arms is especially interesting that the next topic automatically calculation of taxability intellect ability. So what we can do is if you have, for example, the regulatory rate and you enter a company rate or you have in general in the countries need to put in specific amount into attacks ability in deductibility area. In payroll like employee benefits, then. Just cannot happen fully automatic. So let me show you a few examples of the Great New Yorker. We have. The module we have. Some of the special kind of things we have in this offering. So first of all, as I said, already improved UI. What we have now also is kind of a trip type we have long from our customers that we have a lot of customers who say Hey you get to travel around for external meetings, but for internal meetings we deduct everything because we make sure that you get all the meals. Then easy to deductions you will see check marks. Uh, easy to use and Germany specific. Full support after germ free montreux very specific for Germany. Don't want to go into details here but then ask some of the specifics. For example, Germany and the travel allowance module in general let me also state directly that this current travel allowance. Module would go in Germany and generic one live um very soon and uh. The Spain and Portugal are the short followers, uh, later this year we will go to the next country package regions, but regulatory rates. And that is not, it's not. Like a Sweden etc. Uh, in Europe have very specific kind of enhancement. We'd like the 24 hour rates border crossing time. Very interesting kind of compensation, allowances and in some countries or in Sweden specifically. And now you May ask, Yeah, but I'm US based. So what does it help me? Actually, it is quite often that we have customers who want to use the 24 hour rates instead of the day rates and etc. And all of this one is automatically available to configure in general so that we have. Much broader kind of configuration possibility than we had in the past with the. All travel allowance module. So if you are happy with the old one, no worries. Some letters in your eyes there's no need to move at all. If you were missing some features or you were looking for some automatic updates etc in specific countries, they haven't a way to look at the New York. And the new trouble Oz module. So one other thing which is knew the full support of the neutral Lowndes Module on mobile devices. Um, definitely have one important thing, especially those some specific and detailed maintenance, etc. So we will fully support the troubled loans module on mobile devices, knowing that a lot of our customers you have, sometimes Salesforce, etc who is mainly working only on mobile devices and such needs these kinds of features as base. So. Let's talk about some other things with globalization. You can see this wonderful a fat. Your things from China's official tax receipts. Popular is just one example of many examples where we see more more that we have to validate receipts or invoices from the government considered invoices you would call them received 4 text validity. So there are many different kind of things necessary by region, and we selected here as a support for Fabio because we have already developed some things an Japan Ivancho for Spain and four. France, we have already supports the receipt certification which I come to in a few seconds on mobile devices. So the Fabio we go a lot into those. Next step of government asking for validation of received slash Invoice of uh and Check all these kind of invoices. So first of all for sure you want to take a picture from something and want to get rid of the paper receipt. So far it is on one side one to make sure that this risky is an original receipt. There different kinds of rules around the world but on the other side they also want to validate that these are real. Invoices and that they really got the tax deductions and tax tax paid. So countries like Spain etc validate both sides of received that both sides are really eligible to claim the receipt. So we work on this one. One important part of this one knows, like aside validations, applique checks. The cop capture the certification process is and for sure at the end the migration of the data into the pieces them because that's normally or. System of records for financial documents and for tax and such. If you can get this as a seamless process as part of our commitment for intelligent enterprise and to end processes, then you have very smooth process of digital receipts which are text compliant and as such. It follows authorizations from tax authorities. So let's talk briefly about Japan public transport, uhm? Actually, we we had originally hoped to have this already available to you. Um, as mentioned by Tim already we we focused on some stability things, further enhancing your experience, getting you to the best experience possible. And Japan public transport is one of those things. You will be seeing soon to come up which is for Japan customers key or for subsidiaries in Japan. Key becausr. Most of the transactions in Japan are running through this one. So in one last slide on globalization, I mentioned it briefly. I mentioned it that the receipt digitization, like for Spain and France. Key part of this one is also using our expensive solution, the OCR capabilities of expensive, and as you can see expensive countries in 2019, which we released already as France and Spain and you can see. If you have very good eyes, you can see this little kind of. Uh, yeah, kind of marks where it says it certified and so you can see easily. Also when you are the end user, how? How you can see if you received a certified or has been digitized and gets a tax authorities stamp next to it. OK, so let's talk about intelligent enterprise sweet um teacher and Karen spent management etc. And for intelligent spent management I hand over to Tim to tell us a little bit about intelligence. Spent management. Great thanks Hendrik. Eccentric mentioned the intelligent enterprise suite is one of the solutions were working at ASAP and will take a look at it here. We call it intelligent spend management and to understand it. Let's start in the middle of this chart which shows all the different categories of spend management at ASAP including travel and expense from concur service and external labor management with SAP Fieldglass and direct and indirect span from SAP Arriba. So understanding that offers these multiple solutions intelligence spend management. Is the idea of taking all the different inputs having some core underlying platform areas that are shared amongst those solutions and delivering on the right hand side? So let's start with the left hand side. What does it mean to take all the inputs? Well, you can see here when we think about all of the different spend that in enterprise has. It includes direct bookings and TMC transactions from your travel solutions, peo invoices, piccards virtual cards from your spend management category, as well as indirect and direct spend for products like S AP arriba. All the way through to supplier networks and catalogs and contingent and temporary workers spend out of SAP Fieldglass taking all of those inputs and allowing used to ingest those into a common platform and platform components across those different solutions will yield the right hand side of this chart, which is driving an intelligent business, not just the overall experience of moving data between those platforms and being able to visibly see it, but also the analytics and reporting out the back end. By providing these integrated solutions in intelligence spend management, we will provide greater insight into your overall spend inside of your organization, so as ASAP concur works with these other products in the ASAP portfolio. We will continue through 2020 and 2021 to build on the intelligence spend management providing solutions and better insight for our customers. Another area that we're looking at. For the future of intelligent spend. Um is a intelligent approvals app and Analytics. Uh, we are working on a preview of this now and through 2020 we will be working on the solution. Will be able to show it to you fairly soon, but this universal messaging inbox allows you to think about your intelligence. Spend management solution. We just looked at looking a cross SAP products like concur expense and travel an invoice as well as ASAP Arriba and SAP Fieldglass and have one mobile application for approving. Everything coming through those platforms you'll see the middle screen on the right hand side of a mobile app. Here shows you color coded different types of approvals. That is in your inbox to walk through and improve our approvals app will allow you to go through an approved each of these individual components. Drilling down and finding the artifacts associated with that spend so you can fully understand it and approve it on your mobile device. This is something that we're working on now that we don't have an end date for at this point, but we be able to preview this with you and show you some of those screens throughout 2020. As to what we're building here, these APIs will connect on the back end as well, providing you more insight into your overall spend. As you can see in a couple of other prototypes screens we put up here to show how you can manage spanned across all your platforms and see how your tracking. With that I'm going to pass it back over to Hendricken. Hendrick talk a little bit about one of the larger scenarios were focused on which is traveled to reimburse. Thanks Tim. So let's go to teach R travel to reimburse uhm? And what is the process? Colleagues who have seen this light for your customers this same slide as I showed last year. Why do I show the same slot becausr? It's the same process, So what we currently do is we look and go through the whole process and enhance the end to end process is across our product systems and. More or less offer you an intelligent enterprise suite POV. So now to watch him showed before 4 four guys an parts. We do this also across some other components like Susquehanna component or the success factor components etc. So I don't want to go with you for all those step by step process is because we went through this one before but at the end it is the same process. You you you hardly use or use it completely already today from plan, a budget planning and our kind of things like on boarding. Now when you join the company we want you to automatically get the user in. Conquer everything fine too. Then create a request. If necessary, and again companies have totally different kinds of views on how to do the request. Uh, do, for example in public sector budget commitments etc. Then book, go and travel on travel y'all. Now our great product. Rip it all BT our tripling scenarios and then all this data is automatically filled into the. Expense report, which is automatically created now from request off on travel plans and then all the receipts come in. We verify a text and the 18 we have different kind of partner apps who do porn battery reclaims but we also on hand our CR capabilities etc etc. Our credit card feeds two more more. Validate that the 80 entries especially in complex. Countries outside of the earth are done automatically and then we go to the paint component and you can see there different kind of components you can reimburse through HR. You can go pay for S4, Hana rasana clouds up here P you can pay also through our conquered pay or expense pay solution and then and then we move the data all over to to analyze. Stand speed speaking about to the financial system. The right financial postings, right audit locks and just kind of stuff and for sure going in the future. The Sub Analytics cloud or and as such. As for Hana Cloud. So let's let's talk about before I always showed which systems we're connected. Now we asking yes connected to Nessa Honore espona clouds that ERP system have provided to APIs etc. And constantly and hands are integration in these scenarios. And So what you can see we have now made available the payment confirmation for financial postings. We have very soon upload currency exchange rates via an API. Especially interesting for companies want to have the same exchange rates in the financial system and in conquer, sub conquered. So that's definitely something very important. Then Delta posting cost objects and it's the first phase and I come to this one in a few seconds. What does are posting is in detail that opposing whole expensive part is the second phase which is planned for later. Function grants management enhancements and integration of such staffing lists and external validations. Also something very important and. Uh, for our customers who have larger project systems and want to validate cost object entries against these ones. Instead of having all. Yeah, more less entries available to the end user which can be little bit confusing because we have customers with a few million. Projects and if the end user sees all projects than this is definite if confusing, but if he sees only the ones you can post to, etc. That's extremely helpful. One other thing we currently working on a API profile so we work Haveli on getting an API profile. Um, more or less up and running. You know this quite often as the flat file HR config file or HR file with many different kinds of subtypes. And we working currently on making this available via API, which enables us also to to offer additional integration services and then one thing we can't leave work on, which again. All this one I can't give you any dates on this one, but we working on this and so you can expect it soon which means soon in the next 12 to 20 four months is copy of configuration. Customers who started configuration or have test systems know exactly what I'm talking about and for sure the full support of identity management and GRC system from Messapian General Identity Management Systems, which is also part of the mentioned before larger security support. Just some more words on. Um? Reopen a paid expense report and Delta posting in Sep. So here we currently are in an early adopter face with very limited customers. We hope to go and again all this is of certificate disclaimer but personality Dr East to see if everything works as designed is everything is smooth. If you haven't overseen something so all adapter is in the first half of 2020, we hope to go into general availability in the second half of 2020. And then we expand the features by, uh, yeah. Second half and later. Which means in the first half we currently have the only cost object changes, so only changes to cost objects in in conquered are currently supported with data posting, and once we have this one in, in general availability we add more features like changing. Like time, friendship, travel around, so that's why this is all plant. There's also then Mass. Changes planned etc. Uh, but. As I said it is we start now. It's a huge complex environment for for our customers. Because you don't want to mess up any financial posting which you have done before, so we currently work very very. Uh, much on testing and making sure we really got it right. So let's talk about, uh, some customer innovation solutions for addressing some smaller things we're working on, and some other larger projects we work on which have a midterm next one, 2, three year kind of delivered time frames to the full extent. So just to give you a little bit of an pro preview. Also on these kind of things, which we plan to deliver anytime soon. So. So first of all, uhm. Attendee search attendees search. Something was our customers had many, many solutions, suggestions and also especially the larger customers were looking for some time which is a little bit more extended. Information about how can I search attendees? For example by company or How do I see if I have 20 John Smiths in the company that this? John Smith has the one I went for dinner where now, uhm. So here we have the new enhanced nice search engine around this one, which makes it much easier to identify searches. Cats, an integration and enhancement. We are always looking in, uh, adding new partners. Or card providers into the. Hum. Into into our card environment ecosystem. So we we support now American Express business cards. That's something also for SMB. Very important. And we have to build a new cards integration service. Um and we work still the small partners around the world. Expense pay is another area where we continuously innovate and hands our portfolio. So far the expense pay customers you already know. Barbara and Western Union and we going more more. Also with F part on a more global scale to help our customers around the world to use our expense base solution to support different. Current season we currently support. And we we helped you to have more countries around the world. Love according partnerships available soon to you also that you can use expense, pain, other regions of the world. Reconsideration as a service is never project we currently working on this one. We can see elation. Half has the beauty of when you when you look at the keynotes etc that this will help us to create more or less the expensive parts which you don't need because we re conseil based on different information. Already the the whole wonderful world of credit card transactions and invoices and other reconciliations so that the employee does not need to do anything anymore. But things which are centrally paid or which are paid for invoices by the customer. It's it's definitely have something why you see. For example I was visual payments this reconsideration. And then the end user does not need to place next time support anymore. So this is one of our strategic areas we go to and then. And at the same time. Uh, we we look at credit card real time integration. Uhm, this is something we we really work hard on to get this. Our partners on a global basis more and more to create out of these real time notifications you get today from almost every credit card card provider of the words the expense report transactions or other data sources, for example to locate etc. One of our. Key strategic areas in regards to credit card. Mid term we think and we now that the flat file transactions as we know them today, which take days until you have some in your expense report, will be replaced by this one and we work heavily with our partners together to make this happen. And the last slide we have for today is something we it's a pre announcement at the Sumner to Rob my things you saw before we are getting closer and closer to the ASAP. Another text cloud dashboards for concur expense. If you listen into some of the other sessions you have scenes of the strategic focus forest so you can soon, or you can in 2020 or 2021 begin of 2021, probably more 20 end of 2020. See all these great things coming together and then have the first customers using in an early adopters up Analytics cloud dashboards on top. Of the Conqueror. Said I, we want to thank you. I'm for listening in. I hope we had wonderful and great and very helpful information for you. And does that I had over back to Aaron. OK, thank you so much. Just another quick reminder. Please do take our survey before you leave today, we're going to get into your questions in just a second, but just wanted to give this reminder because it's going to be really important to get your feedback and we always left it here how we're doing. So we are going to go to Q&A now. I see some questions that have come in from the audience. Please do continue chatting them in and we will get to as many as we can. OK, let's get started. OK, we have a couple people joining us for Q&A. Belinda and rituals and helping to answer your questions on the back end. They are also S if you concur experts, so we will be getting to your questions now. Let's see, the first one is from Diane. This is for Hendrick Diane says. Is Delta posting only available with the ECB P? Um, in the beginning it will be available. This Sep products? Uh yeah. PS onetouch probably will plan to to have the coding APIs available also for partners to build on this one, but for the foreseeable future it will be only ASAP. OK, I'm gonna give you another 100 from Natalie or Natalia uh, if I understood the API HR profile mention it is with regards to user profiles, correct? If so, would an API profile integration also offer the capability of mapping travel fields? Will class and custom profile fields? That is a deal, yes, absolutely, that is the whole plan we have. We want to eliminate separate files or transfers and want to create one file which supports on all different kinds of segments like travel profile data expands, profile data attendees and all this kind of stuff. OK, the next question is going to be for Tim. I know rich and Melinda. You're also on the line, so if you have anything to add to any of these, feel free to jump in. The next question is from Jason. When will CBS be added to next Gen? There's lots of questions about next Gen. There is a thanks for that. There's a number of features that will be coming later for next Gen. Those that have been brought up multiple questions will answer at once. Here is CBS or company bill statements. Also Piccard integration for company bill statements as well as multi line edit. The ability to do multi lines at the same time and JPT or Japan public transportation. There was one other question regarding when will approver and processor be available? So for all of those features is kind of highlighted. Earlier those will be available in the future I do not have dates to hand out for that. For those features right now, but when considering your decision of when and how to move over to next Gen, that should be taken into consideration since those features are not available currently, we will be notifying customers when those features come available and as we showed earlier, slide that we will provide no less than 12 months notice for any sort of end of life in as well to allow customers the necessary time to be able to convert over or plan their migrations. OK. What about we do have a question from somebody who is starting the implementation process right now? Do you have any specific tips for them or or same thing that we just answered? It's the same thing we just answered. I think the starting the implementation is to determine first of all, standard customers have to move all customers over at one time, but professional customers can actually choose to move groups over or individuals over initially to try things out and so you can work with your representative at concur, determine the best path forward for your your company. OK. Next is 400 from Nancy. When will cognus reporting be replaced or upgraded? First of all, I would suggest there so fashion by Marsha in a few minutes where she will have much more details on the new continents UI in general. As you saw this morning also into keynote, you will see that we will go with another ticks clouds. The tooling optional in the beginning and so we will have a long headline to this one. So we will offer another text cloud for mainly that the customers in the beginning and then. Uh, also still have our Cognos reporting available, which just got a non facelift and Marsha will talk about this one because we went to a new cognus merchants. All right, and that is the next session. What's new? In fact, about data and Analytics? The next question is from Andrea. Also for Hendrick. Is there any documentation on self updating country packs, trying to wrap my head around? What does encompass is and does not encompass? Yes, we will have several materials ready. Uh, in the next few weeks. Months now, uh, which also customer facing where we have detailed information on what is included. How did we do things and what I said different sources that will will start with the countries I mentioned before and then we will have all these countries very specific kind of information available. OK. Ah. Lots of next January questions. Uh, OK. Also, for Hendrick from Adam, any details on the new travel allowance service? What is changing specific improvements, etc. Yeah, so that's over to what I just answered before. Then you travel on service is one of the key elements of the can you? The country packs for travel on one of the key thing says we will always deliver it together. It's a regulatory rates or country published rate. We will automatically update them and publish them out of the box. And what is also I think knew in general is that we support very specific time band 24 hour Clock in some countries needed etc. So. We enhanced the more flexible, I think trip types is also something which is which could be of great interest is like you decide for travel oz that hey if I go to internal training I get lunch provided so I cannot put our ID back this automatically from the trail allowance for this kind of trip. This kind of things are possible now there's a new travel loans module. OK. I think this is the last live question we're going to get to hear also, for Hendrick when you say receipt digitalization on the UI conversion, it has a note that says France and Spain. I assume this is In addition to US. So, so I think we have to differentiate receipted sterilization in the way that we do a picture out of things or taking your message. That's that's something we support globally for these two countries we have specific regulatory requirements. That we needed to certify it with a time stamp of some additional data or with validation that this receipt is not modified etc. In our system. So that is a slightly different things than just taking the picture, which is in most countries still valid. So in the US you don't need to worry about this one, but in some countries we need to have a certification models of digitalization and that is meant versus 1. OK, great clarification, thank you.
