Jan Pawlewitz, Senior Vice President, North America, Siemens
Jan Pawlewitz is Senior Vice President, North America for Siemens. Mr. Pawlewitz leads a team for COMOS Plant Engineering and XHQ Operation Intelligence Software for engineering, procurement and construction companies and operators. He began his career in a mid-size software company based in Germany, and has held several management positions in sales, service and business development. He joined Siemens in 2009 as the Head of Business Development for COMOS Software. In July 2010, he took responsibility for the COMOS Software Business in China and the Asia-Pacific region. He has more than 28 years of experience in the oil, gas and process industries.
Johan Palm, Program Manager, Digital Project Delivery, Hatch
Johan Palm is an experience project manager professional which worked on large projects around the world. Johan facilitate digital delivery value streams to reduce project schedule and cost risk, but also utilize the opportunities provided to improve investment value on projects.
Andrew Burt, BIM Systems Architect, Hatch
Andrew is a BIM Systems Architect with over 25 years’ experience in the engineering industry within Australia, Chile, North America and South Africa. His expertise is specifically in engineering design and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) systems development, integration and support in both physical design and project leadership. Andrew’s experience also includes the development of workflows, processes and procedures for Hatch’s Project Lifecycle Processes. His roles have given him exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines.
Currently, Andrew is the Enterprise Architect for the Digital Project Delivery Program and iPas 2020 Vision, with a lead role in Systems Architecture Design and Strategic Direction of our Project Delivery Systems. Previous projects include Engineering Systems & Data Manager for the Xstrata’s Koniambo Nickel Project, where his role focused on planning and implementation of project delivery systems. He has also been responsible for the development of Hatch’s engineering design and reporting solutions, along with systems implementation and training across the globe on a variety of major EPCM projects.
Mike Rhodes, Managing Editor, Hydrocarbon Processing
Mike Rhodes is responsible for print and web editorial, 'show daily' newspapers for industry conferences, and coverage of the refining, petrochemical, natural gas and LNG, and gas processing industries. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a double BS degree in Journalism and Public Relations, and a minor in Technical Writing.
