Course Description: Technology in Dispute Resolution is a one-hour seminar designed to educate adjusters on the technology available for use in dispute resolution today, how technology can benefit you in the various phases of claims adjustment, and how that same technology can go from settlement meetings, through mediation and arbitration, and all the way to the courtroom. Multiple technologies will be discussed such as 3D animation, interactive models, 3D camera matching, laser scanners, and drones.
