Stress and poor mental health have become a universal observation when almost any educator is asked about the challenges of being in a school. As educators, the responsibility to create a safe and welcoming space for students falls on us. Teachers, counselors, administrators and parents are all on the front lines of needing to help students (and frequently their families) cope. Unfortunately, there are few resources to help, and fewer resources for the helper.This session will focus on:
Participants will also learn about WE Teachers’ mental well-being module designed to empower educators with the tools and resources to help students work though mental health challenges and improve their own mental well-being.
