In our continuously evolving world, skills have a shelf life and your employees know it. They're hungry to build new skills and remain relevant in the face of change and disruption, but they need organizational support--and our new research shows that only 16% of workers are strongly satisfied with their employer-provided learning opportunities. We all know about the skills gap, but too often there is also a gap between learner expectation and learner experience.
Success starts with the right framework for the right skills. To learn how to apply a "frictionless learning experience" and create a change-resistant culture of learning, please join us as Leapgen founders Jason Averbook and Mike Brennan walk through the key elements of the framework and unveil the results of the “Learning for Work” study conducted by Leapgen and Cornerstone OnDemand.
In the study, "opportunities for growth" was cited as the number one reason for Millennials and Gen Z workers joining and remaining at an organization (it was the #3 reason overall, across all countries and age groups). But barely half of respondents (51%) agreed that their employer gives them access to clear, practical and relevant career development resources. There is a huge opportunity for organizations to seize an advantage by committing to a people-first approach to learning.
