Business Work & Business Rules
Thursday, April 23, 2020, 01:00 PM EDT
About this Webinar:
As part of the business process for creating a new “safety incident”, we would like to have someone review the details of a newly-created safety incident and assign it to an appropriate individual for investigation. In this one-hour session, we will provide users with an introduction to both the workflow and business rules service, with the objective of creating the workflow for our end-to-end business process for reviewing safety incidents. Our objective will be to use the business rules engine to establish the parameters for which incident goes to what user for review, and use the workflow engine to orchestrate the process.
