Your "online reputation" is your company's reputation. Feedback is common in today's business world, especially when an employee has had an exceptionally good or bad experience.
Unfortunately, it is easy for disgruntled employees to leave negative reviews in the heat of the moment. Not only can negative reviews diminish your credibility, but that one star review can significantly lower your overall review averages on Facebook, Google and other channels. If drivers aren't given an outlet to leave feedback, they'll look for one. Ultimately, your goal should be to control the narrative of your brand.
