Effective October 1, 2019, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) implemented a significant change to the methods and standards for setting payment rates and services in the SoonerCare program. These changes are linked to an 5% increase in the base Medicaid component rate to $120.57 per patient day.
