Audrey Mickahail is a Sr. Director, Advisory in Gartner’s Research and Advisory group covering Peer and Practitioner IT research. She supports CIOs and their leadership teams in addressing key IT management challenges such as strategic planning, workforce planning, and enterprise architecture. Previously, she was the Research Director for CEB’s Enterprise Architecture Leadership Council, where she led research initiatives that serve heads of enterprise architecture on key topics for the function such as business architecture, reference architecture, information management, and IT governance.
