In 2020 there are a lot of companies that are focused on the behavioral health of their employees. A healthy workforce is important to the successful functioning of an organization. Part of keeping people healthy is engaging in daily life—and this includes work. While employers have become more well-versed in behavioral health in general, struggles persist with supporting employees with behavioral health conditions to remain in the workforce. Doing so minimizes the disruption for that employee, his/her coworkers, and the company. To support employees in this process, the presentation will provide an overview of basic knowledge and tools needed to maximize workplace success for those with behavioral health conditions.

2. Know key resources for helping employees remain at work.
3. Demonstrate understanding of a decision-making process to help employees.
4. Identify indicators of a severe condition that may necessitate work absence.
Attendance at this Webinar Training Session is equal to 1 hour of Continuing Education Credits, as approved by the Commission of Case Manager and the Commission of Certified Rehabilitation Counselors.
