This Webinar presented by SGS to update auditors on changes in SMETA and SEDEX. We would recommend that you study the updated SOP which can be found in the Global Procedures in Sharepoint under Chapter 6. There will not be sufficient time to cover all the topics during the webinar and we expect that SMETA auditors are fully aware of the updated SOP.
The objective of this webinar (60-minute presentation / 30-minute Q&A) is to present the changes for SMETA 6.1 and remind auditors of our global procedures and the mandatory requirements to follow when performing a SMETA audit.
Sedex AAC (Affiliate Audit Company) is required to provide regular updates to auditors.
This webinar is aimed at all SMETA auditors working for SGS.
It is mandatory for all auditors to attend one of these sessions.
