Scott E. Chester serves as a Director of Wealth Planning Strategies for TIAA, where he provides wealth transfer, estate and tax planning services for clients with the most complex needs. His estate and tax planning knowledge allow him to provide specialized advice and sophisticated planning strategies to high-net-worth families on every aspect of their financial lives.
Scott is located in New York City and works primarily with the company’s affluent clients in New York City and on Long Island.
Prior to joining TIAA, Scott practiced law with Keane & Beane, P.C., in White Plains, New York, as an associate attorney with their Trusts & Estates Group. In that capacity, he represented clients with estate planning, Medicaid planning and estate administration.
Scott is a member of the New York Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section) and the Westchester County Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Albany Law School in 2008 and his B.A. cum laude from University at Albany in 2005.
Colleen M.
