Watch this webinar on demand to hear about instructional solutions during COVID-19 and the benefits of PsycLearn.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, thousands of college campuses have suspended in-person instruction and asked instructors to prepare to deliver course material in an online environment. Here at the American Psychological Association, we understand what an unprecedented time this is in Higher Education.
During this webinar, we'll extend resources and information to help instructors overcome challenges in transitioning to and teaching online. We will offer best practices for selecting and implementing digital resources to keep students engaged and make the most of virtual instruction.
We will also discuss how APA's PsycLearn: Research Methods and PsycLearn: Introduction to Social Psychology are being made available for instructors to use with their students free of charge for the remainder of the semester, reviewing how we're accelerating the setup process in light of COVID-19.
You can submit questions throughout the webinar, and our support team will respond as soon as possible.
The webcast will be streamed through your computer, so there is no dial-in number. Please make sure your computer speakers (or headset) are turned on and the volume is set to an audible level so you can hear the presenters.
PsycLearn is a digital learning resource for undergraduate psychology courses and an important component of the American Psychological Association's effort to provide effective digital solutions for undergraduate students and faculty.
Research Methods is APA's first course on the PsycLearn platform. APA is continuing to develop additional courses, such as Introduction to Social Psychology and Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences.
