PANEL DISCUSSION: Protecting The Future of Work from Employee Burnout
Employee burnout has officially been recognized by the World Health Organization as an occupational phenomenon. In fact, it has been included in the 11th Revision of the International Classification of Diseases. The handbook describes burnout as “a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.” In this session, HR Exchange Network editor Mason Stevenson moderates a panel discussion between HR professionals about what burnout is doing to their organizations and how they are combating it. Audience members can submit questions to the moderator and panelists.
