Christopher Brown, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income
Chris Brown is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Brown is the head of the Securitized Products team, portfolio manager of the Total Return Strategy, and a member of the portfolio strategy team for U.S. taxable bond strategies. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
Mr. Brown has 19 years of investment experience, 14 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Brown was an associate portfolio manager on the U.S. Taxable Bond team and a portfolio investment strategist on the Fixed Income Quantitative team. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2005, he was a fixed income analyst and trader at Riggs Investment Advisors, Inc., in Washington, D.C. Before this, he was an investment analyst for Cambridge Associates LLC in Arlington, Virginia.
Mr. Brown earned a B.A. in economics from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Sébastien Page, CFA, Head of Global Multi-Asset
Sébastien Page is head of Global Multi-Asset at T. Rowe Price, overseeing a team of investment professionals dedicated to a broad set of multi-asset portfolios. He is a member of the Asset Allocation Committee, which is responsible for tactical investment decisions across asset allocation portfolios. He is also a member of the Management Committee of T. Rowe Price Group.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Page was an executive vice president at PIMCO, where he led a team focused on research and development of multi-asset solutions. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2010, he was a senior managing director at State Street Global Markets.
Mr. Page won research paper awards from the Journal of Portfolio Management in 2003, 2010, and 2011 and from the Financial Analyst Journal in 2010 and 2014. He is the coauthor of the book "Factor Investing and Asset Allocation" (CFA Institute Research Foundation, 2016) and a member of the editorial board of the Financial Analysts Journal. He earned a master of science degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Sherbrooke University in Quebec, Canada. Mr. Page has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Christopher Dillon, CFA, Investment Specialist, Global Capital Markets
Chris Dillon is an investment specialist in the Multi-Asset Division at T. Rowe Price. He provides broad insight across the various views that T. Rowe Price has across the Equity and Fixed Income Divisions. Mr. Dillon is also responsible for communicating how the firm's Multi-Asset team is allocating across asset classes from longer- and shorter-term perspectives. Mr. Dillon is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
Mr. Dillon has 22 years of investment experience, 13 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was an investment advisory research consultant for PNC Advisors. Prior to that, Mr. Dillon directed fixed income management research for Smith Barney Consulting Group.
Mr. Dillon earned a B.A., cum laude, in history/economics from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. in business administration from Wilmington University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
