Kilpatrick Townsend's Annual Ethics & Professionalism Seminar
We are pleased to again offer our Annual Ethics & Professionalism Seminar. Held before important CLE deadlines, this seminar offers attorneys timely and practical tips on ethics and professionalism issues.
This year, Matthew Corbin and Henry Bryans from Aon Professional Services will join us to facilitate an in-depth review and discussion of a lawyer’s responsibility to identify, avoid, and address conflicts of interest issues. This interactive program will provide lawyers with hypotheticals that touch on a broad range of professional responsibility and professionalism issues such as confidentiality, the unauthorized practice of law, ex parte communications, competency with technology, reporting lawyer misconduct, lawyer well-being, the duty to supervise lawyers and staff, and alternative fee arrangements—just to name a few topics.
