This webinar will discuss and explore the issue and needs of ‘AI explainability’, examining new draft guidance on the topic from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for privacy and data protection.
As AI is becoming integrated into products and services with increasingly significant impact, the ability to provide an explanation for decisions made with AI becomes more and more important, especially with recent scandals and new AI ethics guidelines and regulation demanding greater transparency and clear reasoning. Companies need to ensure that decisions made by AI are auditable, reproducible and understandable for the end-customer.
