Title: Putting Conduct and Culture into Focus
Date: 15th January 2020
Time: 11am (GMT)
Duration: 1 hour
Since early 2018 UK Finance has been at the forefront of industry development on Conduct and Culture through our Academy - a training programme where senior managers have the opportunity to meet, question, and work with leading thinkers across the sector.
However, during 2019 there have been increasing requests to dig deeper into some of the topics raised in the Academy, especially from those who are operationally involved. As such we are pleased to introduce the Conduct and Culture 'Focus' workshops.
The ‘Focus’ programme is a series of one-day workshops that will take a closer look at the key Conduct and Culture topics in an easily accessible and cost-effective manner for firms. Starting by looking at how to 'Get it Right First Time', further workshops include 'Auditing your Culture', 'Reputational Risk', ‘Integrity in Business’, and ‘Measuring your Conduct’.
The single day workshops are standalone so can be attended independently, however our recommendation is for your organisation to send colleagues to all five - the same staff member does not need to attend each workshop meaning the most appropriate colleagues can attend each one.
Join us on this webinar to delve into some of the workshop content, find out how the five workshops are intrinsically linked, and the benefit to your business of taking advantage of the new ‘ticket for each event’ approach designed to ensure the right people across your business can benefit from the topics relevant to them.
