ON24 App Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ON24, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") collects and uses your personal information when you use the ON24 Screenshare App ("App") to screenshare your mobile device during an event to which you are a presenter. We are the controller of the personal information set out under "What Personal Information Do We Collect". This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of our other activities.

We collect the following personal information:

. IP address

Why We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect this personal information only to allow you to connect your device to the event you are a presenter at to allow you to screenshare. We do not sell or, except as explained below, share your personal information. We do not use your personal information for marketing or any other purposes.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information with a third-party subprocessor that assists in providing the events on our Platform.

Securing Your Personal Information

We and our subprocessor take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have data subject rights such as accessing, correcting, restricting, or deleting your personal information. If you wish to exercise these rights, please send your request to dsr@on24.com. Note that if you request that we delete your personal information, you will no longer be able to use the App to connect to an event and screenshare your device as a presenter.

Sharing Your Screen

It is your responsibility to ensure that you wish to and have the right to share your screen during the event and you are responsible for any content displayed on your screen.

Transferring Your Personal Information

Your personal information may be transferred outside of your country to other jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection. We will ensure that your personal information is appropriately protected. 

Providing Your Personal Information is Required

If you do not wish to provide your personal information as set out above or do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
