Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB)
Cullen D. Walsh was named an assistant director of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in 2013. He is responsible for managing the Board’s research agenda, which includes projects where the Board has directed the staff to perform pre-agenda research; overseeing international monitoring of projects undertaken by other standards setters; and managing the execution of implementation working groups, including the revenue recognition transition resource group.
Cullen first joined the FASB in August 2011 as a practice fellow. He was primarily responsible for the joint project on leases with the International Accounting Standards Board as well as several Emerging Issues Task Force issues on joint and several liability and income taxes.
Gregg L. Nelson
Vice President, Accounting Policy & Financial Reporting
IBM Corporation
Mr. Nelson is responsible for SEC reporting and technical accounting at IBM. This includes development of the company’s accounting policies, analyzing proposed accounting standards, developing company positions on emerging accounting/reporting issues and providing transaction/issue support to company management. Mr. Nelson is a member of the company’s Financial Policy Committee and an advisory member of the Disclosure Committee.
Mr. Nelson joined IBM in 1976. Throughout his career, he has had numerous accounting and finance executive positions, including divisional and group CFO positions. Mr. Nelson also served as Assistant Controller on the corporate staff responsible for worldwide financial planning and pricing. He assumed his current position in 2004.
Mr. Nelson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU). He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Financial Executives International (FEI) and FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting. He is also a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) and the FASB/IASB Transition Resource Group for Revenue Recognition (TRG). Mr. Nelson is a former member of the IASB’s Global Preparer’s Forum and the FDU Silberman College of Business Advisory Board. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

Brett Cohen

Brett is a partner in PwC’s National Professional Services Group. He is responsible for consulting with engagement teams and clients on questions related to revenue recognition, income taxes, and a variety of other topics under both US GAAP and IFRS. Brett has authored many of the Firm's internal policy guidance and external publications related to revenue recognition and accounting for income tax accounting. He also serves as a national office industry liaison to the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector.
Dusty Stallings

Dusty is a Partner with PwC with more than 20 years of experience assisting companies in resolving complex accounting issues. She specializes in application and interpretation of revenue recognition guidance, both current and emerging standards. Dusty also specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She has assisted multi-national companies with application of IFRS for more than ten years.
Dusty is PwC's representative on the AICPA's revenue recognition working group which is focused on providing insights into application of future revenue guidance to specific industries. Dusty is also an active participant in PwC's global network that is focused on interpreting IFRS, including the new revenue standard.
Dusty’s expertise allows her to assist companies in understanding the potential effects of changes to their revenue recognition models, and help them plan accordingly, across industries. Her global experience allows her to provide actionable recommendations about the accounting ramifications of cross-border transactions and activities.

Angela has over 15 years of experience with PwC. As a Managing Director in PwC’s National Office, she helps clients navigate the financial reporting implications of complex transactions, with a focus on revenue and employee compensation arrangements. She also helps clients stay up to date on the latest accounting challenges and trends, and standard-setting and regulatory developments. Angela contributes to many of PwC's thought leadership publications on accounting and reporting topics.
