Of all the touchpoints in an airport, travelers are most likely to encounter the restrooms. Expectations for cleanliness are high, which is why CVG adopted an IoT strategy to monitor inventory and peak activity to provide the traveler with the best possible restroom experience.
The airport also targeted other key traveler experiences such as the train that allows travelers to move through the terminals. By implementing IoT technology in the train, they are now able to communicate to the traveler an accurate train schedule.
