Industrial IoT Security - The OT Infrastructure Shift

On-demand webcast:
Aired live: April 24, 2019 02:00 PM EDT

To-date, the security industry has been driven by the enterprise and IT departments. However, with millions of devices from other industries coming online – many of which are safety-critical – traditional security frameworks must change. Here, at the intersection of firewalls and air gapping, antivirus and white listing software, and patching versus reliability, many questions exist for security professionals: -How can the overhead of cryptographic workloads be minimized? -What changes in PKI are needed to support this emerging class of connected devices? -Can open security principles be applied to historically closed systems? These questions and other will be addressed by silicon, software, and networking professionals.
