Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 01:00 PM Eastern
In 1982, Dave & Buster's introduced a bold, and completely unique restaurant concept to the market. More than 30 years later, the company has achieved many successes, including expanding to 76 venues across North America, and taking the company public last year. And while many things have changed, Dave & Buster’s original promise of “great food, drinks and big-time fun served up by the friendliest people in town" has been a consistent theme.
In this webinar, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Helmuth Mayer, will discuss how he and his team keep Dave & Buster’s guest experience program relevant and effective as the company grows. Helmuth will share lessons they’ve learned about:
- Creating a guest experience that keeps both guests and employees engaged over time
- Evolving your guest listening program to find new insights
- Understanding and utilizing guest feedback to improve their experience – and your business
- Successfully marrying tradition with new ideas
