BEPS webcast series: A focus on the discussion draft on controlled foreign company (CFC) rules
Monday, May 18, 2015 at 12:00 PM EDT / 6:00 pm CET / 5:00 pm BST / 9:00 am PDT

The OECD recently released the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) discussion draft on controlled foreign company (CFC) rules. Given the complexity of these proposals, together with the expected variation in the way they will ultimately be implemented, taxpayers may find these CFC rules represent a significant burden for administration and compliance, particularly given their potential overlap with other BEPS proposals.

Join PwC specialists and our special guest, Bob Stack, to gain knowledge of the BEPS CFC discussion draft and what might lie ahead for multinational companies. The discussion will include viewpoints of the US Administration, PwC and various delegates to the OECD. Click here to read our Tax Policy Bulletin for more background on this topic.

Who should attend?
Multinational companies with current or planned operations outside of their parent company jurisdiction.
