William P. Moore is the President of Moore & Associates, an international consulting firm engaged in providing a range of market research and strategic services to the paper recycling industry.
Prior to his many years as a consultant, he held a series of positions in the solid waste, paper and recycling industries. These included founder and vice president of Paper Recycling International and the first director of recycling for Waste Management, Inc.
Michael Timpane, Affiliate Vice President, RRS- Michael is a material stream and recycling business expert with over 30 years experience in the fields of applied recycling and diversion technologies. Most recently, Michael retired from Waste Management, where his responsibilities included public recycling procurements nationwide, pricing strategy, material stream audits, and WM’s Technology and Recycling Councils. Michael was the subject matter expert and technical resource for addressing mixed waste, Single Stream, C&D, dry waste processing, and, predicting the relationship between waste composition and resource yield. Michael has built, operated, managed and evaluated lrecycling facilities around the country in various political environments. In addition, Michael has written manuals, worked on ANSI and ASSE committees on MRF safety and operations, and written articles on MRF approaches to Single Stream and C&D.
Anne M. Germain, P.E., BCEE is the Director of Waste & Recycling Technology for the National Waste & Recycling Association. She has worked in the recycling and solid waste industry for 25 years.
She has worked for NWRA since 2013 focusing on recycling issues and providing regulatory support. Prior to that, she was the Chief of Engineering and Technology for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority.
