How BEPS will Change the Way you Operate
Monday, April 13, 2015 at 12:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development ("OECD")'s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS") initiative presents the most significant rewrite of the global tax landscape in recent history. These initiatives are moving at an unprecedented pace, and will impact the way all asset managers, large and small, do business going forward. PwC has assembled a group of specialists to discuss those topics most applicable to the Asset Management industry.

On the webcast, we will be covering questions that you may already be asking yourself:
  • As a US based Asset Manager, is BEPS even applicable to me?
  • Will I need to make any changes to existing treaty or hybrid structures or just need to plan differently in the future?
  • How significantly will my transfer pricing agreements and documentation change?
  • What should I be communicating to my investors and key stakeholders about the impact of BEPS on my organization?
  • Will any of my tax compliance/reporting obligations change as a result of BEPS?
  • Will any of my fund documents need to be modified?
  • Is there anything I should be doing now to prepare for BEPS?

We look forward to discussing with you how BEPS is sure to change the tax landscape of the asset management industry on April 13th.
