Doug Barth is the founder of Gatepoint Research. His career has revolved around designing strategy to introduce emerging technology to business users. He helped launch the cellular phone for AT&T while an account manager at BBDO, and pioneered the direct marketing of technical software at Lifeboat Associates, The Programmer’s Shop and the Computer Buyer’s Club. Mr. Barth holds degrees from Amherst College and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He currently sits on the boards of four companies and non-profits, and has been an active pilot for over 40 years. |
