EPA’s GHG Rule: Overview and Implications

Program
On June 2, 2014, President Obama released a long-anticipated proposal to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants. This greenhouse gas emission rulemaking will set the stage for all future EPA regulations in other industry sectors. This rule is of great interest to companies in the power industry and in other industrial sectors as it will have precedent-setting implications.

In this 60-minute webcast, Latham & Watkins’ Air Quality & Climate Change Practice address the new rule and how it will effect the power industry.
