Wednesday, May 07, 2014 at 01:00 PM Eastern

The popularity of soft serve desserts is at an all-time high, and while frozen yogurt is currently the most popular of the soft serve frozen dessert market, the more indulgent soft serve products, gelatos, ice cream, sorbet and frozen custard, are catching the attention of both consumers and foodservice operators nationwide. And, while self-serve is what helped to skyrocket frozen yogurt and soft serve sales to what they are today, seeing an annual growth rate of over 20%, there are many other revenue generating ways for QSRs to take advantage of the growing soft serve market.

Join a panel of frozen dessert experts as they discuss how QSRs are taking advantage of the current
