Thanks for joining us! The Rural Ontario Summit is a collaboration between the Rural Ontario Institute and the Ontario Ministry of Rural Affairs. Today, we will discuss the socio-economic issues that will shape rural Ontario’s future. Important issues such as: Creating investment-ready communities; Enhancing our rural workforce, including youth, immigrants and rural residents; Fostering sustainable economic growth and job creation in rural Ontario; Highlighting health care’s important role in supporting strong rural communities; and Providing insight on how to measure success in rural Ontario.
