February 20, 2014
02:00 PM EST/ 1:00 PM CDT/ 12:00 PM MDT/ 11:00 AM PDT
Every organization has them – days of the week, months of the year, or full seasons when they get exponentially busy. How does your organization plan for times like this? Is there a way to make the most of the madness?

Ginny Fitzgerald, director of visitor and member services at the Chicago History Museum, will sharing how she helps her museum prepare for upcoming rushes, specifically preparing for summer tourism and spring field trips. Over the last 17 years, Ginny has learned how to plan ahead and what resources and information are needed in order to make a long-term impact on her museum. Ginny will also answer questions at the end of this 15-minute webinar.

The Chicago History Museum is Chicago’s oldest cultural institution, found in 1856, and is a member of the American Alliance of Museums.
