Over the last several years, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies have faced increasing public scrutiny regarding interactions with payments and transfers of value provided to healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Much like the United States, many countries have recently adopted legislation requiring these companies to disclose and report specific transfers of value and financial relationships with certain healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Further, self-regulatory industry groups in approximately two dozen countries require member companies to disclose similar transactions and financial relationships under their respective codes of conduct.

As global transparency becomes an industry standard, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies must manage and address these disclosure requirements effectively on a global scale. During this webinar, PwC will discuss the emerging global transparency landscape and share insights on developing and integrating these transparency requirements, including:
