Ensuring the Successful Assimilation and Retention of New Hires |
PwC Saratoga’s 2013/2014 US Human Capital Effectiveness Report shows that roughly 1 in 5 new employees leave within their first year (vs. less than 1 in 10 for all employees). This is nothing new, but if projections play out, first year turnover could increase from 22.6% to 29% by 2014. This alarming trend poses the question – What is the solution?
Please join PwC Saratoga on Wednesday, July 17 at 2:00 PM EST as we discuss leading practices in survey design and analysis that measure the impact of successful on-boarding and assimilation that drive more committed and ultimately engaged employees. This webcast will outline PwC Saratoga’s point of view on how to “connect the dots” by analyzing cross survey results – onboarding, employee engagement, and exit surveys – in order to identify early indications about what is and what is not working to retain new hires and position them for future success.
