Quality Management has become a critical component to Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and Network Equipment Providers (NEPs) to effectively release new services that are meeting the customer intent and business objectives. However communication services have become so complex with new emerging infrastructures, to effectively test new services effectively without raising capital expenditures has become an inhibitor to time to market. Test Virtualization can enable CSPs and NEPs to keep capEx down while testing complex services early in the development cycle, reducing overall costs and time to market while improving quality.
In this webcast you will learn:
Learn how NEPs can take advantage of service virtualization
How CSPs can apply service virtualization for B/OSS
