Event Description

As the workplace becomes more diverse, men and women are faced with the challenge of building greater appreciation, enthusiasm, and strategies for working together. Most of us know from our daily experiences that men and women (and people in general) often see the world differently and, those differences can lead to confusion, miscommunication, or awkward interactions. Those differences are also a source for diversity of opinions and creative problem solving when leveraged properly.

This webinar explores the culture of both genders with an eye toward building stronger communication and more collaborative interactions.
