Event Description

Workplace bias has a significant negative impact on individuals, organizations and society by creating additional costs and lost opportunities. In some instances this is legal. In other instances where it is illegal, bias or discrimination as it is also referred, often takes subtler forms. Bias and discrimination may occur intentionally or unintentionally, implicitly or subtly. Whether legal, or not, bias does not have a positive impact on individuals or organizations. In Global organizations it can be particularly problematic as differing cultures add greater complexity to the issue. Fortunately there is a lot we can do to reduce workplace bias.

The purpose of this webinar is to heighten your awareness of workplace bias.
