Webcast Information

After going live with SAP BusinessObjects business intelligence (BI) solutions in 2006 with a few critical reporting areas, the City of Cape Town’s BI growth has been exponential. In six short years we are now covering a very broad span of reporting areas in BI, BI accelerators, and strategy management and are currently implementing the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation application and the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform. This continuous need for faster reporting, eye catching visuals and ease of use has led us to investigate all options to keep our users coming back.

Key Topics
  • The technical landscape
  • Improving user adoption
  • Improving performance
  • Current projects (SAP BusinessObjects BI platform SAP Strategy Management 10 application)
  • What the future holds (SAP HANA platform investigation, going mobile)
  • Key takeaways (successes and challenges of our BI implementation)
