Steve Carter is the Senior Manager of XO’s Enterprise Converged Voice Services. Steve led the launch of XO’s Business Services IP Trunking products and developed new and innovative VoIP capabilities for enterprises. His efforts have helped XO win 2007, 2009 and 2010 Internet Telephony Product-of-the-Year Awards for both XO’s SIP and Enterprise SIP solutions as well as the 2010 NGN Leadership Award for Enterprise SIP. Steve’s expertise includes over 20 years of Product Development and Management in Wireless, Data, Telecom, and IP services.
