Charles Weaver is the CEO and co-founder of the MSPAlliance (the International Association of Managed Service Providers). Since its founding in 2000, the organization has grown from less than 5 founding members to well over 14,000 members worldwide. Under Mr. Weaver’s management the MSPAlliance has expanded its reach and influence to include education, standards of conduct, and certifications for managed services professionals and companies.

Rob is co-founder and CEO of Vnetrix Limited; a UK based Managed Services Provider that will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2012. Vnetrix was one of the first MSPs in the UK and under Rob’s leadership has built a top-class reputation for I.T. service excellence and flexibility in delivering what the client needs. Rob has over 20 years’ experience in IT, ranging from large corporations such as DHL and Unilever to small start-up businesses. A board member of the MSP Alliance, Rob is passionate about the responsibilities Managed Service Providers have in supporting their clients.
Outside of work Rob follows motorsport and is a passionate Formula One fan and likes to get to see a race when he can!
Chris Dickson
Vice President, Global Sales, Cloud Solutions, EMEA
CA Technologies
Chris Dickson is vice president of sales, within CA Technologies Cloud, Virtualisation, and Service Automation business. In this role, Chris is responsible for leading and accelerating our Cloud, Virtualisation, and Service Automation business growth in EMEA.
Chris has held several senior management positions since joining CA Technologies, most recently he served as vice president of CA's Global Cloud Incubator business where he has been tasked and responsible for accelerating growth of CA Technologies AppLogic cloud platform - building a new 30M dollar business in 24 months. Prior to this role he served as chief of staff to CA Technologies executive vice president of global sales, client services, and marketing, where he was instrumental in optimizing the organization and developing new next-generation and go-to-market models.
Chris originally joined the company in 1994, and after spending three years building a virtualization management startup, rejoined 2008. Chris began his career at Work and Income NZ, and Telecom NZ where he held progressive positions over seven years in the development of customer facing technology.
Chris has more than 20 years of industry experience covering a wide range of technologies and business applications.

Stephen is the Cloud Services Director at DNS Europe with responsibility for the companies cloud strategy. He previously served as consultant and communications director for DNS Europe, a general manager of a UK-based web hosting business and was the CEO of web development agency
DNS Europe are a London-based AppLogic Cloud Business with services that include cloud application hosting, development and integration services, consulting, AppLogic MSP onboarding and are developers of the Cloud Control Panel (CCP) for AppLogic. They have 500 customers and 4 cloud hosting sites – 2 in UK and 2 in SE Europe.
