|Beyond Environmental and Food Safety: New Developments of ASE Applications for Consumer Products and Dietary Supplements|
On Demand Webcast:
Many sample prep procedures are slow and consume large quantities of solvent. Accelerated Solvent Extraction (ASE) is a technology that greatly reduces the time of sample preparation and the amount of solvent required. Precise temperature control of the extraction cell contents as well as a high level of automation provide high productivity and reproducibility in operation. Innovations such as new modes of operation and new materials of construction, computer control, and the combination of multiple operations in a single step help overcome problems in sample preparation for solid or semisolid samples. ASE methods and procedures are well established and widely used in environmental and food safety laboratories.
In this web seminar, we will present innovations in automated sample preparation workflows that greatly shorten and simplify sample preparation processes prior to analysis. Food safety, environmental contamination, and alternate energy research are areas in which automated sample preparation has been shown to be of great value. Case studies and examples of using ASE for consumer products and dietary supplements will be presented.
