Stop Guessing: A Case Study on Improving Delivered Freshness

A pilot project with a major berry producer confirmed the importance and value of monitoring the temperature of fresh fruit at the pallet-level from harvest in Mexico to delivery in the USA. The results were compelling and confirmed the impact of temperature on shelf-life and quality. This webinar will feature detailed case study from the project as well as analysis and commentary from Intelleflex CEO Peter Mehring, Dr. Jean-Pierre Emond of the University of South Florida and Elizabeth Bronger-Jones of The Hartford Financial Group.
