In today’s economy, the business case for VoIP, SIP and Unified Communications is typically hinged on achieving significant cost reductions, and increasing the productivity of a down-sized workforce. But all too often, reality does not measure up to these expectations – VoIP, SIP, and UC networks add considerable complexity to the operating environment and drive up demands for voice quality, performance, capacity, and service level compliance.
At the end of the day, you’re facing sky rocketing support costs, poor user adoption, and dismal user experience – all of which wipes out productivity gains, prevents cost savings, and erodes the ROI of your convergence investments.
