Five Keys to Cut Operational Costs and Boost QoS in Your VoIP, SIP, and UC Environment

This webcast was originally broadcast on:

Wednesday, October 19, 2011 02:00 PM EDT / 11:00 AM PDT

In today’s economy, the business case for VoIP, SIP and Unified Communications is typically hinged on achieving significant cost reductions, and increasing the productivity of a down-sized workforce. But all too often, reality does not measure up to these expectations – VoIP, SIP, and UC networks add considerable complexity to the operating environment and drive up demands for voice quality, performance, capacity, and service level compliance.

At the end of the day, you’re facing sky rocketing support costs, poor user adoption, and dismal user experience – all of which wipes out productivity gains, prevents cost savings, and erodes the ROI of your convergence investments.

Get the straight facts on how you can cut VoIP, SIP and UC operational costs throughout your converged environment — from SIP at the core to the softphone at the edge. Learn how to cost effectively boost both quality and the overall converged network service levels that directly impact your communications ROI…

What Attendees will Learn:
  • How to cut operational costs of deploying and supporting VoIP, SIP, and UC services
  • Ways to minimize the complexity of convergence throughout your environment
  • Keys to ensure your VoIP call quality and service levels don’t disappoint corporate stakeholders
  • How to equip your convergence teams to handle the increasing support demands
  • Steps to ensure you meet the converged voice SLAs necessary to drive your desired ROI
