Moving Fax to the Cloud for Critical Business Messaging

This webinar was originally broadcast on:
Thursday, March 03, 2011 02:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST

Fax communication remains a significant element of corporate workflow. As IT environments continually evolve in size and scope, fax machines and fax servers are no longer able to effectively meet volume, compliance, and compatibility requirements. Companies require a proven enterprise solution that is functional, secure, and scalable, and can easily meet integration demands - without costly and time-consuming infrastructure upgrades and support.

Adolf Sommella, Director or Sales Engineering at EasyLink Services, will present an insightful look at why hosted fax represents the most seamless way to replace legacy fax systems, as well as a high-level overview of the benefits of integrating fax services with existing desktop and application environments.

Pamela Bernardino, VP of Marketing and Product Management at EasyLink Services, will illustrate how leading organizations have leveraged cloud-based fax solutions to improve business processes, increase operational efficiencies, and reduce costs. In addition, she will provide evaluation criteria to consider when selecting a fax services provider.

Attendees will learn:
  • The server/device infrastructure model and its limitations
  • Drivers for outsourcing fax services
  • The hosted fax infrastructure model
  • Methodology for migrating to an hosted model
  • Additional services offered in a hosted model
  • How leading companies are using hosted fax today
  • How to choose the right fax services provider
Who should attend:
  • CIOs
  • CTOs
  • Technology Infrastructure Managers
  • Telecommunications Managers
  • Other IT executives responsible for enterprise messaging systems
