Fred Earnest

Mr. Earnest is the President and CEO and was appointed to the Board of Directors in November 2007. He first joined Vista as Senior Vice President, Project Development in September 2006. Prior to joining Vista he worked on the development of new mining projects in El Salvador and Chile. In more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry he has successfully led operation turn-arounds in the gold, copper and industrial mineral sectors. Mr. Earnest holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
