The gas leak at the Radisson Hotel in Sudbury has not been resolved and the hotel has been evacuated.

For those attending the meeting in person an alternate venue for the meeting has been identified and the in-person meeting will take place at:

The webinar portion of the meeting has been cancelled as the AV support necessary for hosting the webinar portion of the meeting cannot be accommodated at the new venue.
